Sweat & Sprinkles
Friday November 24th – 6:00pm – 8:00pm
in Collaboration with Cupcake Lounge
These classes are 45 minutes in length and focus on learning new skills, and short, fun workouts.
They will include basic body weight movements as well as other fun equipment like rings, training bars, medicine balls, ladders, and boxes.
Kids Classes
Sundays at 11:15am

Wednesdays at 4:00pm

Ages 8-14
