I started working out with Kate after my first child was born and it was definitely a highlight of my maternity leave!
Kate is an excellent coach who helped me to realize my fitness potential, while also respecting the natural healing stages of my postpartum body. The bootcamp classes provided me with a great opportunity to meet some amazing women and transition both physically and mentally into my new role as a mother.
Sadly, I ended up moving away from Ottawa and could no longer attend classes. I have been able to resume classes with Kate & Co. at Love Your Body Fitness all the way from our home in Belgium. After 2.5 months, I can definitely say that the virtual program is just as strong as the in-person classes and is doing a great job at keeping us all motivated and accountable!”
