5 min AMRAP

5 Supermans
5 Sit ups

Equipment Free Options:
Box Jumps = Jump Squats
Weighted lunges = Jump lunges

Prenatal/Postnatal Substitutions:
Sit ups = Bird dogs
Box Jumps = Step-ups
Burpees = Elevated Burpees
