Julia is a Human Kinetics student at the University of Ottawa, hoping to study in the area of women’s health in the future. Being a cheerleader for 10+ years, she found her love for lifting and being active. Now she’s a competitive CrossFit athlete, with ambitious goals of making the CF semifinals. Along with her CrossFit background, Julia is also a GGS-1 certified coach that specializes in women’s fitness and is continuing to pursue more education by getting her PN level 1.

Who is your secret crush?
Julia – CrossFit and my love for training hard, but that’s no secret haha – and puppies!
We would love to know a little bit about your family
Julia –I’m the youngest in my family, I have 3 siblings who are much older than me (10+ years older)! We’re still very close to this day, and I have the most cutest, dramatic dog in the world named Milo! (The love of my life)
What is your favorite food that you like to treat yourself with?
Julia – I love sweet potato fries, and I have a big sweet tooth as well.

Julia – 1RM back squat – 280
What do you love about yourself?
Julia – I love how hardworking I am, I’m a go-getter, and love to be ambitious. I also enjoy making people laugh, and making good of any situation!
