Movement standards, especially during exercise, are very important for two reasons. 
1. It lowers the risk of injury and pain. 
2. It raises the performance level, strength, muscle size, and decreases fat.

Even when doing simple household chores, we should be aware of our posture and movement. Mobility is the ability to move our bodies freely and effectively. It means we have the necessary strength, range of motion, and stamina to go that extra mile. The only way to do this is to have the proper movement standard in any sport or activity that we do. Therefore, let us not compromise on movement standards so that we increase performance and avoid injuries.

It is a fast-paced 20 minutes circuit workout starting with 8 to 10 Burpees for a minute (Every 1 minute on the minute) for 8 minutes along with 4 rounds of 3 different movements for 12 minutes. 🏋️‍♀️

Lateral hops are a great way to strengthen the lower body. 🏋️‍♂️ Lateral Hops is a bodyweight exercise that works our calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, and hip flexors. When done correctly, it can effectively target our hips, legs, lower body, lower legs, thighs, and upper legs.

✨Motivation Monday ✨ Be stronger than your ex ✨Motivation Monday ✨  Be stronger than your excuses.
You can either have results or excuses. Not both!💪🏃‍♀️😍

Below are the most common fitness excuses that we all use often:🙈😆

1.I don’t have enough time: If we were to add up all the time we spend watching TV and surfing the web throughout the average week, cant we replace any of it with a workout? A 30-minute workout takes up only 2% of our day.⏰

2.Way too tired to workout: We don’t always have lots of energy when we go to the gym but that doesn’t matter. The only thing that counts is showing up and giving it a shot.😓

3.Exercise is so boring:  If you don’t enjoy your workouts, you don’t stop working out, you just work out differently by learning about various exercises and working on different body parts each day.🙄

4.Have no motivation to workout: Are you motivated to train for just 30 minutes every day?  That’s all you need.😖

5.I have kids to look after: When kids grow up seeing their parents work out regularly, they incorporate fitness in their own lives too. You wouldn't want to be the kind of parent who tells their kids exercise is good but doesn’t follow their own advice. 🍼👶
